Where is Ekstrom’s Stage Station located?
We’re at 81 Rock Creek Road, Clinton, MT 59825 — 20 miles east of Missoula off I-90 Exit 126. About a 20-minute drive from downtown Missoula, and under 20 minutes from the KettleHouse Amphitheater.
Do you have full hookup RV sites?
Yes! We have a variety of sites, including full-hookups, 50-amp, 30-amp, and 20-amp service, water, and sewer — accommodating RVs up to 40 feet. We also have water/electric-only sites with access to our on-site dump station.
Do you have tent or van camping?
Yes — tent and van sites are our most rustic option and in the shady, quiet back section of the park.
Are pets allowed?
Absolutely — pets are welcome in all campsites at no extra charge. Just note them in your reservation, keep them leashed, and please clean up after them. (Note: the only exception to this rule is that no guard dogs are allowed to keep the campground safe for all.)
Can I fish from the campground?
Yes! We sit directly on Rock Creek — home to some of Montana/the world’s best fly fishing — with private fishing access for registered guests. Rock Creek is renowned and draws fly anglers from around the world.
Do you have WiFi, showers, and laundry?
Yes to all three — free WiFi throughout the campground, hot showers, clean restrooms, and coin-operated on-site laundry are all available for guests.
Do you have cabins or other lodging?
Yes! Beyond RV and tent sites we offer two rustic historic log cabins, two tiny houses, and a historic hundred-year-old schoolhouse — all set in the same peaceful campground setting.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations through RoverPass are 100% refundable if cancelled 14+ days before your stay, and 50% refundable for cancellations 7–13 days out. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full reservation amount. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. We recommend booking early — summer fills up fast!
What are your rates?
Regular season (June 15–August): full hookup 50-amp sites from $65/night, tent sites from $45/night, historic cabins from $100/night. Low-season (May–June 14) rates are discounted. Prices exclude taxes and fees; extra guests beyond 4 add $5/night.
When is the campground open?
Our regular season runs May 23rd through August. Contact us to ask about shoulder-season availability.
